February 22, 2026 | Sunday Healing: Big News, New Goals, and My K-pop Motivation ✨
Hello everyone! This is Vianne from Anhome.
Happy Sunday! I have some very exciting news to share with you all today. It’s a perfect example of why you should never give up on your dreams in Japan!
1. Celebrating a Big Win: I Passed JLPT N4!
I am so happy to announce that I passed the JLPT N4 this last January! Studying while working has been a challenge, but seeing the "Passed" result made all the hard work worth it. But I’m not stopping there, I have already started my journey to study for the N3. I want to keep improving so I can provide even better, more professional support to both our foreign and Japanese clients.
2. My "Healing" Secret: SEVENTEEN and WINNER ✨
After a full day at the office, finding the motivation to study for the JLPT N3 can be challenging. One of the ways I recharge and refocus is through music, especially K-pop.
I am a fan of SEVENTEEN and WINNER, two groups whose music consistently inspires and energizes me. Their songs help me reset mentally, regain focus, and approach both work and study with renewed determination.
My bias in SEVENTEEN is Scoups (Choi Seungcheol), whose strong leadership and determination always inspire me to push through challenges. In WINNER, my bias is Seunghoon (Lee Seunghoon), whose charisma and creativity never fail to lift my mood.
Music has become more than entertainment, it is a source of balance and positive energy that helps me uphold a “five-star hospitality” mindset at Anhome every day.
And if there happen to be any fellow CARAT or INNER CIRCLE members reading this, please know that you are always warmly welcome at Anhome. Shared passions often create meaningful connections, and we value the diverse interests that make our community unique.
3. Empathy Through Struggle
Even though I passed N4, I still remember how it feels to struggle with the language barrier. There are still times when I feel frustrated. However, those struggles have become one of my greatest strengths. Experiencing the difficulties of learning and adapting to life in Japan has allowed me to develop genuine empathy and patience.
At Anhome, you are not simply speaking with a staff member, you are speaking with someone who understands the process of learning, adjusting, and growing in a new environment. That shared experience enables me to support our clients with clarity, understanding, and sincere care every day.
4. Hospitality from the Heart
With a background in Hotel Management, I strongly believe that true service begins with a welcoming presence. Professional knowledge is important, but genuine hospitality is what creates comfort and trust.
If you walk into Anhome feeling uncertain or nervous, I will be there to greet you with a warm smile and a reassuring attitude. My goal is to ensure that you feel supported from the very first interaction.
Together with the rest of our team, I am committed to assisting you in the best way possible providing clear guidance, thoughtful support, and a positive experience throughout your journey with us.
5. My Message to You: Keep Going!
To anyone who is scared to step out of their comfort zone: "Don't let your fears eat you." Passing my exam reminded me that confidence, preparation, and consistent effort truly make a difference. Growth does not happen overnight, but every small step forward builds progress.
Whether you are learning Japanese, adjusting to a new environment, or searching for a new home, take it one step at a time. Challenges are part of the journey, but you do not have to face them alone.
At Anhome, we are always here to support you, encouraging you, guiding you, and walking alongside you as you move toward your next goal.
