It’s the last Sunday of March! Can you believe it? The cherry blossoms are starting to paint the city in pink, and I feel so much hope in my heart. As I finish my work today and head back to my JLPT N3 textbooks, I was thinking about my journey from the Philippines to Izumisano.

Coming from a different country, everything in Japan was a new discovery for me. But the thing that surprised me the most was the technology behind the houses.
