Why I Double-Check Every Flyer I Make

Hello to all our visionary investors, global families, and brave pioneers!

Magandang araw po! It is Anna, your bilingual client liaison and content specialist at Anhome

Welcome to another Culture Saturday with us!

Flyers are one of the things I actually make here, start to finish the layout, the photos, the wording. One of Yatsuka's posts this week made me think about something I run into more than people might expect: two houses in the same development can look almost identical, but the actual certifications and specs behind them aren't always the same.

That matters for what I do, because it would be so easy to build one flyer template for a development and just swap out the address for each house. It would save a lot of time. But if one unit has a certification the next one doesn't, or the ground survey came back a little different, copying the same claim across every flyer in that development would mean printing something that isn't actually true for that specific house.

So I don't do it that way. Before a flyer goes out, I check what's actually confirmed for that unit, not what was true for the one next door. It's the same habit I have with everything else if I'm not sure, I ask rather than assume it carries over. It's slower, and it means I can't just batch-produce a whole development's worth of flyers in one pass. But it's the difference between a flyer that's accurate and one that just looks accurate.

I think this is a part of my job people don't always think about that making something look polished and making sure it's actually correct are two different jobs, and I'm responsible for both.
