この認定がある物件は、耐震性や断熱性が国によって保証されているため、将来的に「売りたい」「貸したい」と思った時に、市場で非常に高い評価を得られます。「出口戦略（Exit Strategy）」が描きやすい高性能住宅は、日本での定住を支える最強の盾になります。

日本で長く暮らすための「資産性」を最優先にするなら、多少エリアを広げてでも認定のある2階建てや平屋を検討する。一方で、「利便性」を優先し、資産価値は立地でカバーする。この使い分けが、失敗しない定住への第一歩です。
If you prioritize "asset value" for living long-term in Japan, consider 2-story or 1-story certified homes, even if you have to expand your search area slightly. On the other hand, you can prioritize "convenience" and rely on the location to maintain asset value. Understanding this trade-off is the first step toward a successful settling experience.
